#Bowie in the 60's - A Playlist

10 songs, dating from 1964 - 1969, the London years of obscurity, the years when we find him in his home city growing and improving, the pre-Ziggy Bowie, the Jones boy that we find on the route of our tour.

From his first single in '64 – Liza Jane as Davie Jones & the King Bees – to Space Oddity in '69, five years from R&B via music hall, Anthony Newley, Jacques Brel to the moon. 

Think about it: five years to make it. You don't get five years today, you get five minutes, and if the prima donna on the judges' panel on the game show doesn't like you, then it's all over…
